Useful things to include
The format you were working with, what the report said, and what you expected instead. Do not attach the image. The entire point of this site is that we never receive your files, and an attachment would undo that for the one case where you most wanted it to hold.
If a format is not supported
Say which one and where the file came from. Container support is added by reading a specification, not by guessing, so a real example of what a specific device produces is the most useful thing you can send — described, not attached.
